And i appreciate much for your appearance ! ;D oh, baaabe ! You are in my prayers all the time. I am so happy to be with youu sayang. Thank youu.. But yet, happy 1year knowing you sayang. Knowing you is the best chapter of my life. Youre the sweetest thing that happen in me. You pulled me up everytime im down. You create a smile everytime im sad. You even feed me everytime im hungry. Oh, thats just too special for me to have you aroud. And baaby, hopefully we achieve for the things that we've always wanted. With God's willing thats ofcourse. And syang.. Youre just like the moon that brights me everynight. Your positiveness is like rain that wash away my negativity. Youre special in my eyes syang. 5 BDP weekends.

hello peps. Here i wanna share what i've learnd last few days at 5 BDP weekends. Wel, its actually.. Banyak ! Theres alot ive learned there. Mostly, about Leadership, Relationship, and Ownership.

About Leadership, i've learned that we who control ourself. We who create our way of lifestyle. And we also who plan, and God who gives the best answer to it. What i mean here is, everytime we had something blocking our ways, it means that God just gave us the test to figure out the greater answer. If we past the test patiencely, there the greater answer finds us. And being a Leader, we need to lead on first. We do it first. We lead them on. We need to show a good example to our God, to our Family, and also to our Business/Job. Cause, remember, "monkey see, monkey do." people will follow the happy leader. Once we're a leader, we cannot change other people, but we can change ourself instead. The way we think must be like a leader. Our great leader. Just duplicated them A-Z. Follow their steps. Steps to success. Cause, success is not a journey, success is a distination.

Then theres Relationship, it says that, every human being that created by God has different characters. Doesnt mean if the other person are different, their wrong. No.. No one is perfect. Once we accept the person we love or want to be with for the rest of your time of life, we got to accept them as a package. As in, the good and bad sight. Positiveness and negativeness. Happy and sad. The yes and no, we got to accept them for who their are. Thats the reason why we need to know the characters each one of them. Cause, theres only 4 characteristic. Powerful Choleric, Peaceful Phlegmatic, Perfect Melancholy, and Popular Sanguine. Once we understand the meaning and know how to handle our partner, everything will be just fine. As in communications to each others. The way we understand each other well. Very well.. Most them who is in a Relationship. We really need to know how to handle it well. So that can create a positive environtment. Frm husband and wife, siblings, family, friends and even to a person who we are meant to meet. The building relations is really important. Reading books are important in this situation. Cause once were happy, people around us will be happy as well. Because, it says that.. "happy wife, happy life."

and Ownership, ive learnd how to own what we need to own. The dreams. Once you can dream it, you can achieve it. Ownership to the business. Responsibilities. To everything towards integrity. Ownership to ourself. Disiplin ourself. Even to the tools. As in the books that we've read, cds that we've listen to. And ofcourse to our God, Family and Business. Ownership to everything thats ours. Own it like we protect it from anything that can be harm. I just dont know how to arrange the words here about ownership. Its just that, we need to "pay now, play later." we got to do something with our own life. Cause, we cant feed the hungry, if we're hugry. We cant serve the poor, if we're poor. When theres a problem, we stop and think like our leader. As simple is that. Go out frm our comfort zone. We got to move on. Work hard. Now is the time.. Future is on our hands.
